Coastal Construction Line Survey
Any residential or commercial properties in close proximity and certainly lying seaward of the Coastal Construction Line requires a land surveyor to establish the property boundaries in relation to the Coastal Construction Line. The Coastal Construction Line is determined by the State of Florida.
Mean High Water Line Survey
All properties bound by tidal bodies of water, require the establishment of the Mean High Water Line to determine upland ownership. The Mean High Water Line is determined by an elevation as published by the Department of Environmental Protection.
Bathymetric Surveys
A survey measuring the water depths to determine bottom topography.
