James (Jimmy) Clements is a life long resident of Manatee County. He has worked in the field of land surveying all his adult life. The vast majority of his surveying experience has been in and around Manatee County which, in turn, has given him very important knowledge of the area. He is currently a board member of the Palmetto Rotary club. Through this membership, he has donated his time and talents to many causes, including a trip to Guatemala to help improve the quality of life for a village. Jimmy supports many local organizations throughout the County: Manatee County 4-H Foundation, Palmetto High School, Lincoln Middle School, Palmetto Elementary, Terra Ceia Village of Improvement, and Manatee County Boys Clubs to list a few.
